What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to relevant creators, micro-influencers and potential partners.
- Build genuine relationships and grow our creator network.
- Develop and improve outreach strategies across social media, email and other channels.
- Track conversations, responses and campaign performance.
What we're looking for
- Experience in creator outreach, influencer marketing, partnerships or community building.
- A strong existing network of creators or influencers is a plus.
- Demonstrable results from previous outreach, acquisition or partnership campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

- Create your site, connect your domain and test the core creator tools.
- Test email list building, publishing and paid subscription features.
- Tell us what works, what feels confusing and what would make the platform more valuable for creators.
- Participate in occasional feedback sessions with the plott.co team.

What you'll do
- Be a recurring face across plott.co's social media channels.
- Create regular short-form videos, social posts and creator-focused content.
- Explain how creators can use social media as a funnel and turn reach into an audience they own.
- Communicate the plott.co idea in an authentic, creator-first way.
- Work with our team on content concepts, campaigns and launch communication.
Who we're looking for
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
- Experience creating engaging short-form content.
- Able to produce content consistently and independently.
- A natural, credible communication style and genuine interest in creators and the creator economy.
